A graduate from Hunterdon Central Regional High School, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Biology from Montclair State University. He received his DMD from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. During this time, he received extensive and specialized training in the removal of impacted teeth, office-based anesthesia, dental implants, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery and the management of TMJ disorders. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support, and is a member of the ADA, NJDA, AAOMS and ADSA. He brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the management of the medically compromised dental patient, diagnosis and management of oral pathology, and treatment of traumatic injuries to the oral and maxillofacial region. Dr. Reed is a well-informed and compassionate provider who takes great pride in providing exceptional care to the community in which he was raised. He is committed to maintaining great relationships with his patients, as well as fellow dentists and physicians, to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care.
