DR. JOSEPH SANSEVERE
Dr. Joseph Sansevere was born and raised in New Jersey. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Montclair State University and Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He completed a residency specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at UMDNJ (now the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine) in Newark, NJ. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Sansevere opened his private practice in Flemington, NJ. He has also served on the faculty of the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He has the following credentials and associations:
- Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons
- Fellow of the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons
Dr. Sansevere is Chief of Oral Surgery at the Hunterdon Medical Center and holds a staff position at the Hunterdon Center for Surgery in Flemington. He is a certified provider of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and a CPR instructor. His special area of clinical interest includes reconstruction of the teeth and jaws with dental implants and bone grafting. He has extensive experience in the field of dental implant surgery.
